                                        Healthy eating means eating verity of foods which gives you nutrients that you need to maintain your health, and give them energy. These nutrients include protein, fat, water, and minerals.
Nutrient is very important for everyone. When combined with being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight. What you can eat effect your immense system, your mood and your energy level.
Advantages of Healthy Food: 
1.   Wight losing:
                       By eating healthy food you can lose your wight that reduce the risk of chronic conditions. If a person is overweight they have a higher risk of developing several conditions:
·        Heart disease
·        Poor bone density
·        Some cancer
2.    Reduce Cancer Risk:
                                   An unhealthful diet can increase a person's risk of developing cancer. Eating healthy food can reduce the risk of cancer.
3.    Diabetes Management:
                                       By eating healthy food can helps a person diabetes to:
·        manage blood glucose levels
·        prevent or delay complications of diabetes
4.   Strong bones and Teeth:

A diet with adequate calcium is necessary for strong bones.                        These food are rich in calcium:

According to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, up to 80 percent of cases of premature heart disease and stroke can be prevented by increasing level of physical activity and eating healthy food.
